I have just done a piece of work for the Royal Academy of Engineering on women returners called RETURN (imaginatively) which looks at the support that the professional institutions give to their members on career/maternity breaks. Whilst it doesn't give actual opportunities (of which there are few) it does give some more background on what people are doing to address this. http://www.wes.org.uk/return
I would like to find a way of both collecting the opportunities and collecting the women who are looking. Ideas welcome.
